Glacé Fruits

To produce these candied fruits, La Fabrique de Douceur uses a traditional Southern French method, applied to an extended range of tropical fruits, in the wonderful setting of the Caribbean. The company values are consistent with sustainable development principles as well as with a constant strive for quality improvement. The fruits come from local growers with pure soils and irreproachable practices. They do not add any preservative or colouring agent nor artificial flavour.
